I'm A Huge Marvel Fan!!!

Yes I've now become obsessed with the marvel movies, which thanks to quarantine it has made me binge watch all the Marvel movies. Except I kind of cheated because I skipped Captain America and started on Iron Man which I don't regret doing because the Iron Mans are amazing and Robert Downy Jr is a legend. I had watched a lot of the marvel movies separately but never properly in order but now I have the movies all make much more sense. I mean why wouldn't you love the Marvel Movies, first of all they have an incredible cast I mean Robert Downy Jr, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Pratt, Paul Rudd, Scarlett Johanson, Tom Hiddleston, Bennedict Cumberbatch, Tom Holland and now Jake Gyllenhaal which is incredible!! So I mean you can see why these movies have done so well. Also with the work of Kevin Feige making the Marvel Universe as it is. During quarantine my family and I decided to watch Spiderman: Homecoming and Black Panther, therefore from these movies I was like oh my goodness I need to watch them all. So now I have and I don't regret a single second of it, and it's also inspired me to want to be involved in the Marvel Universe one day as I'm wanting to go into the film industry and Marvel is a massive part of it. Also one thing I felt from these movies and watching the interviews is that it felt like a community or a family, because a lot of the producers and writers, and actors have been there since the beginning and it's incredible to see Marvel bring those people back to work with them, and the feeling of community is really important when working in a creative industry because it creates a sense of comfort and balance. Despite the MCU having some of the biggest actors in these films I've learnt to appreciate these actors more with how down to earth they all are. Such as Tom Holland mentioned in an interview at a Comic Con that Scarlett, Mark, Robert, everyone said "Just because you're at the top doesn't mean that you can be a dick". Which I think this is an incredible statement despite their fame and their success I appreciate actors and celebrities who act like normal humans.

I had never really been a huge Marvel Fan but I knew my brother was a massive fan therefore now that I'm a fan it gives us something to talk about which I love. My favorite Marvel films will have to be Infinity War, Iron Man 3, Black Panther and the two Spider-mans. I loved infinity war because I loved seeing all the superheroes coming together however I cried when Spider-man died. I loved Iron Man 3 just because I think Tony Stark is really cool and I could relate to him having anxiety attacks. I loved Black Panther because I loved the chance in seeing an all black cast in a major cinematic universe like Marvel and I love seeing the diversity coming through within these films. I then love the Spiderman's the most because Spider man has always been my favorite superhero and Tom Holland did an incredible job with bringing us a Spiderman we can all know and love. Also I love the father-son relationship between Tony and Peter.

My favorite superheroes in the MCU are Iron Man and Spiderman. I love Iron Man because I think Tony Stark is extremely cool and I think Robert Downy Jr is one of the greatest actors of all time. I love Spiderman, he's always been my favorite superhero ever since my mum first introduced me to the Toby Mcguire films but for me Tom Holland I feel has given us the best Spiderman. I love Spiderman just because Peter Parker is someone we can all relate to as we've all gone to high school and Peter Parker really shows all the struggles we go through as teenagers. Like being nervous in front of your crush, not having enough money for the school bus, struggling with getting homework in on time etc. Despite Spiderman being able to shoot webs and swing through buildings. He is arguably one of the most relatable characters in the MCU because Peter Parker is just a kid from Queens, New York. Whereas Tony Stark (Iron Man) is a billionaire, Captain America is an ex Military and Thor is a god. So you can understand where I'm going with this. But yeah my point is, is that Spiderman is the best superhero. Thanks to Tom Holland he's made me love him even more! Also I love how Marvel brought Jake Gyllenhaal to play Mysterio it makes the Marvel Universe even better!!

Now that I've watched all the Marvel films I feel more educated within the film industry and it's allowed me to have new goals and dreams on where I want to work in the film industry one day. As I would love to be able to work for Marvel whether that's acting, producer or writing or all three. With me wanting to work in the film industry I want to be involved in all different avenues such as I want to go into acting but I also want to be explore producing or other behind the scenes side of it. Same with any other avenues within the entertainment industry as my goal is to be able to have myself in all different avenues of the entertainment industry because it gives me more options to explore, and I love all parts of the industry that I don't want to pick just one part to be in. But the film industry has always been one of the many parts of the entertainment industry I've loved!!
